Dumb ass
Fabulous recap by fuckyeanba:
Game 2: New York at Miami
(…)The Knicks were OK today, and so were the Miami Heat. The Heat won by 10, and it was never really in doubt; although, the Knicks played better defense, turned the ball over less and generally gave a crap more than they did Saturday. Game 3 will be huge, but if they lose that one it’ll be another year without a playoff win, and you just know James Dolan will throw oodles of money at Phil Jackson and yadda yadda yadda—I’m already sick of the story-lines and the season isn’t even over yet. Blame my Buffalo Bills fandom or those crushing 90’s losses to MJ’s Bulls, but I’m never a glass half-full guy. Right now there’s barely a drop of water in the Knicks glass.
Oh and I just read Amare wil certainly miss game 3 and might miss the rest of the series with a lacerated left hand. Typical. Ughh.
Season is over folks.

The slide is up to six games now after a 119-114 double-overtime loss that completed an 0-4 homestand. This one was a bit different, with Anthony hearing boos after some poor shot selection and the Knicks being done in by Danilo Gallinari, part of the oversized package that was sent to Denver for an overrated player who could land the Knicks back in the salary cap hell they were stuck in for a decade.

To smutny dzien w historii NY Knicks. Terrible
EDIT: strona glowna ESPN:

i wyciag z analizy Hollingera: Basically, signing Stoudemire gives the Knicks options — realistic options, not the pie-in-the-sky stuff we’ve been hearing about for the past two years. For that reason alone, it’s a good deal that enables them to finally turn the page on a forgettable last decade. Their financial strength makes it better. Unlike some other teams, they will be able to afford it if Stoudemire disappoints in the final couple of years of the contract.
EDIT: i jeszcze jeden fajny tekst, Ian O’Connor:
He is not LeBron James or Dwyane Wade, and no, he is not a true max-out player or $100 million asset, either. But you do know what Amare Stoudemire is, right? A hell of a catch for the New York Knicks. In fact, if Stoudemire can persuade James or Wade to join him, he will represent the smartest signing the Knicks have ever made. If he fails to stay healthy, or if he fails to shape a consistent contender without a quarterback named Steve Nash throwing him spirals, Stoudemire will get what’s coming to him from the Madison Square Garden crowd. That’s fine. Stoudemire wouldn’t be the first big-name, bigger-money ballplayer jeered out of New York, and he sure wouldn’t be the last. Only this much is certain for now: Stoudemire is the Knicks’ best player since Patrick Ewing, better than Allan Houston and LJ and Spree, even if every New Yorker — the new power forward included — hopes Amare surrenders that title by the end of the week.
EDIT: i tak sumarycznie jak czytam, to w sumie to jest dobry dzien :). Czekamy na Lebrona.
